After spending four years in the beauty industry navigating the world of social media and influencer marketing became more than a job for me. It became a way to bridge the gap between content creators and the tools they needed to become successful. I've worked with hundreds of content creators throughout my career - ranging from nano to mega influencers, and I've realized that they lacked the resources to leverage their social media and get in front of their dream brands for collaborations. I also realized that brands were still trying to figure out how to tap into influencer marketing and position their products.

When July 2020 hit, I was more than ready to take on my digital agency
full-time and truly embody what it meant to become your own boss.

Mindset was a HUGE part of this new transition for me - which is why I highly infuse the art of being a balanced boss and cultivating healthy mindset habits into my coaching practice.
